CCA utilizes the fundamentals of highway engineering to plan and design road construction and highway improvement projects.
During the past thirty five years CCA has designed miles of new subdivision roads so as to be in compliance with local regulations. For commercial and industrial clients, CCA can design highway improvements including road widening, shoulder improvements, the addition of turning lanes and other improvements.
CCA designs road geometry utilizing computer software developed to compute horizontal layout and profiles which can be inserted directly into drawing files and subsequently downloaded into survey data collectors for fast and efficient survey stakeout. Road reconstruction projects performed by CCA for various towns have resulted in cost effective solutions.
