Site Plans
CCA has a vast amount of experience in the layout of sites whether they be industrial, commercial or residential. Site development takes into account several critical issues which including:
-
owner criteria
-
topography of the site
-
safety issues
-
aesthetics
-
traffic and pedestrian circulation
-
economics
CCA approaches projects with a "form follows function" mentality. The "function" is to layout the site with a safe, economic building and parking area. By working with the topography and contours of the land, we are able to meet these criteria. As is usually the case, the design which is created by following the required functions frequently is also the most aesthetic. The reasons for this include eliminating the need for large expensive retaining walls, the preservation of the natural vegetation in the open space areas, and the blending of the parking and building areas into the existing landscape.
