Nicholas Yuschak, Jr., A.S.L.A., Project Manager

Nick has over thirty (30) years of experience in landscape architecture, site and environmental planning. As project manager he has worked on a large variety of projects, ranging from upscale single and multi-family residential design to commercial development, streetscapes, parks, U.S. military facilities, and municipal projects. Proficient in both hand graphics and the latest version of AutoCAD, Nick has been responsible for all phases of project development including schematic and conceptual design, design development, contract documents, site specifications, cost estimates, and site observation.
